Four-Step Functionality

Extraction
USoft Bridge Server copies the upper CASE or external dictionary output and within seconds turns it into a set of database tables. Depending upon the type of tool holding the source model, the USoft Bridge Server model will then include definitions for domains, columns, tables, relationships (including cardinality checks and referential integrity), supporting comments, data mapping and process views.
Diagnostics
USoft Bridge Server offers the unique ability to check and enhance the integrity and quality of the model before transferring it to the USoft server/client repository. You may choose from a wide variety of reports with regards to relational database-specific reserved words, and the completeness and accuracy of the data model. The reports will inform you of the proper usage of unique keys, foreign keys, domains, illegal characters and so on.
Comparative Analysis
For every USoft Developer application, USoft Bridge Server ensures full life-cycle repository and source analysis model consistency through comparative analysis between USoft's server/client repository and the source dictionary. Difference reports will be supplied at three levels: USoft Bridge Server objects not existing in the USoft repository, new objects, and altered objects.
